How do I access or register on the Kasune system?
To register on the Kasune system please visit the site: https://seda.kasune.io/
Employee:
- Click on the 'Sign in' button found on the landing page, then click on the 'Log in with Microsoft' button.
- Follow the steps that include entering your SEDA work address and password.
- The system will automatically create your profile and grant you access.
Client:
- Click on the 'Register' button also found on the landing page.
- Complete all the required details and submit your registration application.
- Your application will then be available to the branch that you selected during your registration.
How do I login to the system?
Employee: Click on the 'Log in with Microsoft' button, enter your SEDA Microsoft credentials, enter the code received from your authenticator app and the system will automatically log you into the system.
Client: Please use the login option on the login screen, enter the email you registered with as well as the password set when your registration application was approved, click submit then you will be redirected into the system.
I have forgotten my password.
Employee: Please request assistance from your internal ICT team to reset your Microsoft password.
Client: Please request assistance from the Kasune support team by sending an email to seda@systemhelpdesk.co.za.
Alternately, you can report the issue on the helpdesk platform via https://seda.systemhelpdesk.co.za/ and also make use of the quick assistance from one of the support agents via the 'chat with us' option also available on the helpdesk platform.
I have not received the email for password reset.
Please note that if you did not receive the initial activation link upon registration you can still report the issue to the Kasune support team via email or on the helpdesk platform and they will send you a new activation email.

How do I access the training video?

Enter your credentials and enroll in the courses available.
How do I reset my password for the training platform?
You can also click on the 'Forgot password' option that will send you an email that will redirect you to the reset password page then log you in once changed.
You can also report the issue to the Kasune support team, they will provide you with a new password.
How do I capture a client on 'Client Management'?
Please refer to the training video available on the training platform.
How do I know once a captured client has completed their registration?
Once a client has completed their registration the linked practitioner will receive a notification, making them available for the SEDA services.
Can a client be added more than once on the system?
Please note that due to the restrictions applied on the system, authentication of the client's details prevents them from being added more than once on the system.
Thus, making them only available to the practitioner that has captured them.
What goes under the 'Enquiry' option on Client Management?
State what assistance the client needs from SEDA.
How can I capture existing SEDA clients?
Existing SEDA clients are in the Client Management module.
The client is first captured under the 'Client Enquiry' tab. This creates a profile for the user, where the system sends an invitation email to allow them to set their password for access to their profile on the system.
Then the practitioner will need to navigate to the 'Admin Enquiry' tab, search for the client and continue capturing the clients remaining business details.
How do I know once a client has been approved?

What does the 'Type' option entail under Client Management?
Online: Registration application submitted by the client or practitioner.
Physical: Registration application was a walk in and completed on their behalf.
WhatsApp: Registration application received via WhatsApp.
How I capture under 'Business Advisory?

Where can I get assistance when I receive a 'Kasune Error' when capturing/reporting?
Send an email to the Kasune support team or report the issue on the helpdesk platform.

Why are the clients details not populating?
In order for the system to auto populate the client's details they have to be on the system when assigning them.
Please ensure that the client has completed their registration.
Without all their information being captured under client management including their business information, the system will only display what is currently captured.
How do I capture an Intervention on the new Kasune system?

Can I register to attend an event even if I'm not registered on the system?
Yes, once the event has been published you can register to attend the event.
