Outcome/ Results
As a result of SEDFA’s intervention and ongoing mentorship and coaching, the business has been successfully formalised, and the owner’s business management skills have improved. The business turnover increased significantly from R89,040 to R152,440, demonstrating improved performance and sustainability. In addition, the business received funding amounting to R9000 from the W&R SETA for training and stock, which contributed to operational improvement, while one new job was created and two existing jobs were sustained.
