To reverse this, the business required support in acquiring modern and efficient laundry machinery to improve productivity and service turnaround times. In addition, the business was also moving to new premises and required branding for visibility which was going to lead to an increase in revenue.

Intervention Details:
Drop and Go approached the SEDFA Thabo Mofutsanyana Branch to request assistance with application for funding and branding of new premises. The Business Advisor performed a diagnostic analysis using the Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) to determine viability of the business. Based on the outcomes of the analysis, the business was assisted with an application for funding through the Asset Assist Programme and the installation of appropriate signage to improve brand visibility and enhance the overall presentation of the business.

Through SEDFA’s business support the owner has realised the following benefits:
• Received equipment worth R248 434.50 through the Asset Assist Programme
