accommodation establishment.

Critical Planning Exercise assessment was conducted on the business and Sedfa intervened as
follows:
• Trainings- The business was assisted with food safety training, in
collaboration with the Environmental Health Practitioners (EHP) of Xhariep
District Municipality.
• Signage- The business was assisted with signage board installed by the N1 road.

• Turnover increased from R15 988 237 to R17 463 598. That is 9% increase in turnover
• Net profit increased from R861 385 to R6 397 398. That is 643% increase in profits.
• The business has sustained 38 jobs.
