Business Dynamics and Challenges

Business Activities: Core Service Offerings • Massage Therapy: Traditional massage, deep tissue, hot stone, reflexology, sports massage, and pregnancy massage. • Facial & Body Treatments: Vitamin C antioxidant therapy and Pevonia’s anti-free radical treatments. • Nail Care: Pedicures, manicures, and nail enhancements. Mind and Body Care is committed to providing safe, high-quality care by employing skilled beauticians and integrating modern technologies into service delivery. The majority of its clientele consists of professionals and mine workers who value safety, wellness, and reliability.
Challenges/Needs: Despite its growing reputation, the business faced critical constraints that limited its growth: • Shortage of modern facial and massage therapy equipment. • Facial treatments were largely dependent on the director’s expertise, slowing service delivery and limiting the number of clients that could be attended to. • Limited operational capacity to handle a large client base. • A gap in strategic business management and growth planning.
