Access to local markets (Night market at waterfall mall:
SEFDA successfully secured a stall for the client at the Night Market held at
Waterfall Mall. During this two-day event, the client generated sales amounting to
R6,000.00, demonstrating strong customer demand and market acceptance for
their products. Beyond immediate sales, the platform created valuable networking
opportunities: the client established relationships with Kanye Naturals Store and
Kele Beauty, leading to shelf space agreements that provide ongoing retail
exposure.
Bolt Accelerator Program (Mentorship and Coaching Programme)
Scents by Kamo participated in the Bolt Accelerator Program, a six-month
mentorship and coaching initiative designed to equip entrepreneurs with the
skills, tools, and networks needed to grow their businesses. The business excelled during the programme, being selected among the Top 20 entrepreneurs, and ultimately winning a R15,000.00 cash prize to reinvest in
business development.
