The funding ( R1.6M) and support led to transformative improvements:
• Strategic growth plan: Adding 50 gilts every six months.
• Improved feed management: Porkers now reach slaughter weight in ~152 days.
• Structured production planning: Accurate year plans and timelines for mating, farrowing, and slaughter.
• Enhanced business confidence and market readiness.
• Job creation through expanded operations – 6 additional jobs.
