Intervention Details:
The business owner approached Sedfa to request assistance with an exhibition opportunity aimed at addressing market access challenges. Sedfa was able to support the client by providing access to exhibit their business offerings, along with considering the provision of promotional materials, signage, and other deliverables designed to attract customers, increase brand awareness, and enhance the professional image of the business.

Outcome Details:
Through the implementation of Sedfa’s intervention—supported by one-on-one sessions with a practitioner and ongoing guidance—combined with the belief and commitment of MMH Jewellers CC, the business successfully attracted more customers and increased its annual income. Revenue rose from R81,596 to R210,795 per annum.
