She was introduced to a Business Advisor who conducted a diagnostic assessment, Business Canvas Model (BMC) on the business. The aim of the assessment was to establish the gaps and challenges in the business and plot and plan what interventions could be done to improve the business. The assessment assisted the business to make accurate, realistic goals on all aspects of the business to address the shortcomings to identified challenges.
