Effusion Enterprise approached the SEDFA Thabo Mofutsanyana branch seeking support with the implementation of a Point of Sale (POS) system. A business advisor conducted a diagnostic assessment using the Critical Planning Exercise to evaluate the viability and operational needs of the business. Following the assessment, the enterprise was assisted with the installation of IQ Retail POS software for both of its branches to improve sales tracking and inventory management.
