Lack QMS accreditation to access large professional mining houses

Intervention Details:
An Export Readiness Assessment (ERAT) was conducted, and the following recommendations and interventions were agreed upon with the client:
1. Facilitate access to local and international markets through Trade exhibitions
2. Facilitate the QMS accreditation grant through Sedfa’s STP department.

Outcome Details:
Sedfa interventions have highly assisted the business in the following manner:
Facilitated International trade mission applications on behalf of the client,
Facilitated a local trade exhibition- ESD Pavilion Exhibition that had direct access to procurement buyers from top corporate and government departments.
o This exhibition was able to assist the client in acquiring several contracts with clients.
As a result, the business was able to increase its revenue by 61%, resulting in the company increasing its employees by an additional 6 employees.
