The client approached the Seda City of Cape Town Branch for assistance and was introduced to a Business Advisor, who conducted an Export Readiness Assessment Tool (ERAT) diagnostic assessment to facilitate the process of market access for the client. ERAT is a tool that determines export readiness of the business.
The following intervention was implemented:
Facilitated attendance of The Good Life Show Cape Town 2025 that took place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre from the 30 May to the 1 June 2025.

· Turnover increased from R 24 144 to R 27 320, an increase of 13.15%, and
