• The business had printing equipment with low output resulting in queues forming and frustrated clients
• Printing could only be done in black and white copies
• Printing equipment was old and suffered regular breakdowns leading to unhappy clients and lost sales
• Few old computers that slowed down internet services. There was a need for urgent replacement as clients had to queue

Sedfa assisted the client with the following intervention:
• Assistance with the completion of the Asset Assist Programme funding application
• Procurement of a colour printer with high output at a cost of R86 300.00
• Procurement of 3 Laptops at a cost of R30 000

Outcome Details:
Sedfa intervention achieved the following outcomes:
• The business has improved it’s printing capability as the new printer is reliable, has faster printing times and offers colour printing. Clients are happy as they no longer queue for long periods
• Turnover increased by 26,67% from R360 000.00 the previous year to R456 000.00 in the current year
• Net Profit increased by 45,38% from R67 600.00 the previous year to R98 280.00 in the current year
• Staff numbers have increased from 3 the previous year to 4 in the current year
• The business has improved it’s printing capability as the new printer is reliable, has faster printing times and offers colour printing. Clients are happy as they no longer queue for long periods
