Sedfa, through its various access-to-market intervention programmes—specifically the Small Business Export Development Scheme for Emerging Exporters—supported the business’s participation in a Business-to-Business (B2B) session in Kenya. This intervention aimed to assist the business in expanding its market presence within the African continent.

Outcome Details:
Following Sedfa’s intervention support, the business achieved the following outcomes:
• Net profit increased from –R4 400.00 (at the previous
improvement assessment stage) to R102 000.00 (at the current
improvement assessment stage).
• Employment levels increased from five (5) to seven (7)
employees between the previous and current improvement
assessment stages.
