2. No sufficient inventory systems, and as a result, run a risk of suffering losses due to wastage.

1. Offered a 3-day Inventory Management Training
2. Facilitate access to funding to assist the client in acquiring trading stock.

Sedfa interventions have highly assisted the business in the following manner:
3 Days of Inventory Management Training were conducted,
Funding was acquired through the W&RSETA Spaza Voucher Programme and Trading stock worth R6 000 was received,
As a result, the client was able to achieve a 9% increase in revenue, and their net profit grew from R421 to R5,965. The business was also successful in retaining its present staff member.
