Her current and most successful venture is selling pre-loved clothes on Social Media platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook Market Place and much of her business is gained from customer referrals. Her customers are mainly from Elsies River, Goodwood, Vasco, Bothasig, Monte Vista, Edgemead, and

The client was introduced to Sedfa CBD Branch for assistance in growing her business. She was introduced to one of the Business Advisors, who conducted a Small Business Assessment (SBAT). The SBAT aimed to assist the business in identifying its strengths and weaknesses and to assist in how best to improve competitiveness, as well as to gain an adequate market share. The assessment assisted the business to make accurate, realistic goals on all aspects of the business to address the shortcomings to identified challenges.The following recommendation was implemented:
o Facilitated access to equipment through the Informal and Micro
Enterprise Development Programme (IMEDP).

Outcome Details:
Turnover increased from R 60 500 to R 68 850, an increase of 13.80%.
