This training capacitated the business with the following: Introduction to Productivity (Definition, Factors Affecting, Principles of Productivity, Effect of Wastage, Flow, Visual Management), Process Mapping, Organised Workplace, Quality Management, Structured Problem Solving, Effective internal communication
