The business lacks proper equipment as a result the following were experienced:
• Unable to deliver to client as expected
• Loss of clients to other competitors
• Poor cashflow due to insufficient clientele
• Outsourcing of other services and that affected business profitability
Loadshedding affected business operations
Insufficient material which caused delay in production and delivery

Intervention Details:
Cooperative Development Supply Programme (CDSP)
Outcome Details:
The Co-operative was approved for CDSP to the value of R716 162,00 and distributed as follows:
o Sewing and Embroidery machines to the value of R359 608,85
o Inverters and PV Panels supply and installation to the value of R99 395,00
o Assorted materials to the value of R257 000,00
As a result of a new embroidery machine, a new job was created, the number of employees increased from five to six employees.
The business no longer outsources the embroidery of some garments but it is
now done internally, this resulted to an estimated saving of R107 000 per annum.
