• In November 2023, the business received business infrastructure worth R10 000 from the Department of Small Business Development.
• In December 2024, the business was assisted with promotional material to help market its services and attract new clients.

Outcome Details:
Since receiving support, the business has experienced significant growth and transformation. It has moved from operating part-time and renting space in a salon to buying a house and converting it into a fully functional salon. Monthly revenue has increased from approximately R1 500 to about R20 000, and the business has been able to employ 6 staff members to assist with operations. The business now operates full-time and continues to grow its customer base.
