Intervention Details: The client’s problems were discussed with the business advisor. An assessment was conducted through visiting the client premises and interview process.

The assessment helped with financial projections, identification of strengths and weaknesses. This analysis generated a plan of action, as a result; Seda intervened as follows to help the client:

The client was assisted with corporate identity, including design of pamphlets, brochures, advertising boards and other marketing collaterals.
