The assessment helped with financial projections, identification of strengths and weaknesses. This analysis generated a plan of action, as a result; Seda intervened as follows to help the client:

The client was assisted with corporate identity, including design of pamphlets, brochures, advertising boards and other marketing collaterals.

The business has grown and sales have increased from R1,820,452 in 2024 to R3,653,529 in 2025, respectively. This is an increase of 50%. The business’s number of employees has also increased from 10 in 2024 to 17 as at September 2025.
