An assessment was conducted on the business to assess the business needs and identify gaps in the business. Training and access to market interventions were recommended for the client. The client was also recommended to participate at the ZF Mgcawu Pop-Up market to promote the products and services and create brand awareness.
The client attended the following Sedfa training courses, Mobile and Data Science - Digital Literacy Training. The business exhibited their services at the ZF Mgcawu Pop-Up market held in Postmansburg from 30 – 31 July 2024. The business also received a Momo Point of Sale (POS) device from MTN because of their participation at the Pop-Up market.

Outcome Details:
The implementation of the interventions provided the business with the necessary market exposure, increased visibility and networking opportunities. The business has expanded their service offerings to include Full Body Massage, Detox Baths, Aromatherapy, Ilipo and Physiotherapy. The turnover of the business has increased from R 454,000.00 (2023/24) financial year) to R 713,550.00 in 2024/25. Furthermore, the business created one (1) new job thus bringing the total number of employees to four (4) as compared to 2023/24 Financial year.
