Intervention Details: Following a consultation at Seda, an SBAT assessment was conducted where the above challenges were identified. Based on the assessment, the following support was recommended:

• Participation in trade exhibitions
• Facilitation of access to funding to support business growth
Outcome Details: With Seda’s intervention, the client participated in several key exhibitions, including:
• Metro FM Lifestyle Expo
• Love & Light at Night
• Soul Session Trade Exhibition
These platforms provided significant exposure and led to:
• New orders and market leads
• An increase in turnover from R100,000 to R150,000
• Retention of all 4 employees, preserving jobs and stability
