Business Activities:
Innov Wall Panels specializes in the design of panels which are then used to decorate walls. The panels can decorate anything from house interior, palisade fence, house exterior, head boards and almost anything, depending on the consumer taste. Justice Chauke who is the owner of the business has always had a passion for designing things, while growing up. Over time, he decided to turn the passion into a business. The reaction from people was very positive, since then he never looked back. The owner has just set up a workshop where the production is taking place. The business is targeting mainly consumers and other businesses.

Intervention Details:
(i) Assessment
The business advisor interviewed the client to understand the concept and offered counselling. The business advisor conducted a business assessment to determine suitable interventions.
(ii) Basic start-up training
Client was enrolled for business management training. The owner was taught on how to start a business, developing business ideas, conducting SWOT analysis, company types and formation, market research, sales and marketing, business set up and operations and business plan.
(iii) Access to finance, DSBD (IMEDP)
The client was assisted to put together an application, supporting documents. The application was successful, and client was given a funding of R20,000 to buy business equipment.
