A Small Business Assessment Tool (SBAT Assessment) was conducted on the business, and the following key challenges that hinder the growth of the business were identified:
1. Limited financial and statutory knowledge to operate the business efficiently.
2. Restricted market penetration due to insufficient branding and marketing investment

Sedfa interventions have highly assisted the business in the following manner:
- The client received training in Business financial compliance and SARS e-filing, and they were able to be statutory compliant and reduce their consulting costs.
- A funding application was submitted to Sedfa for Asset Assist Grant Funding.
- As a result, the business was able to increase its Turnover by R2 312 and created 2 new jobs.
