- Funding Support: Through the CDSP, the Co-operative received R1,697,325.00 in grant funding. This enabled the purchase of a truck, block-making machinery, a mixer, and critical raw materials.
- Training and Capacity Building: Members received practical training in Human Resource Management and Business Management to improve administrative systems, optimize staff roles, and apply business principles in day-to-day operations
