The business is not visible to its target market; the owner solely depended on social media pages such as Facebook, WhatsApp and TikTok to market his business.
No directional signs visible to potential clients as the business is new.
The business did not have proper systems to manage the workflow of operation as the business’s customers visit the business for different services regarding Wheel fitments and related services
Limited marketing and promotion is done and the business is aware of customer needs and requirements but not adequately focused on.
The business did not have proper uniforms and name identification for when they are servicing the customers.
Intervention Insights and Results
Intervention Details:
After conducting an assessment, Sedfa appointed a service provider to develop Signage for the business for the potential clients to know where to find the business as it was new in the area. And created price list with the services offered that can be clearly visible to the target market.
The service provider also created a quotation book,Invoice book, and name tags and a professional representation of staff uniforms with branded clothing to address the challenges mentioned
