• Hiring of additional employees to meet increased project workloads.
• Mentorship support, focusing on operational efficiency, financial management, and strategies to secure long-term contracts.
This combination of financial and business development support not only improved the company’s technical capabilities but also enhanced its leadership and operational planning.
The intervention included:
