Business Dynamics and Challenges
Business Activities:
In 2025, the entity expanded its brand by opening Wok & Fry x Irana, a fresh, an Asian street-food-inspired extension of the family business. This new concept allowed the business to merge traditional favorites with trendy, fast-casual dishes, giving the customers a more modern grab-and-go option while still honoring their roots.
Challenges/Needs:
Like many small businesses, Irana faced serious challenges post-COVID. Rising costs, cash flow constraints, aging equipment, and increased competition made it difficult to maintain consistent output and quality while also growing the business.
The management decided to relocate to Vincent and rebrand as Wok & Fry x Irana.
Without the right tools and assets, the entity couldn’t maximize productivity or create the kind of quick-service experience as envisioned for Wok & Fry.
