Business Dynamics and Challenges

Business Activities: There is high demand on the market for built-in kitchen units and wardrobes more than any other product. The company plans to introduce more products such as hostel double bunk beds and school desks. With this expansion, the company will create more permanent job opportunities. The company will also be in a position to form a partnership with Ingwe TVET College with regards to providing internship and practical works to candidates from the carpentry and woodwork faculty.
Challenges/Needs: Challenges facing the company was that they are unable to procure machinery that will enable them to do edging in the factory due to lack of funding as a result they were unable to meet demand from customers. It was then important that the business gets its own machinery that has capacity to deliver to their customers on time. The intervention was a fundamental step that will assist the business towards the process of attaining access to finance, hence the implementation of intervention of Asset Assist.
