The client visited the Sedfa City of Cape Town Branch to seek development support. He was introduced to a Business Advisor who conducted a diagnostic assessment, Small Business Assessment Tool (SBAT) on the business. The aim of the assessments was to identify areas for improvement to enhance performance and profitability.

· Employees increased by 20 from 1 to 21 staff members.
