These shortcomings hindered the business to connect with potential clients and scale operations. Without improved access to market, their growth potential remained constrained, impacting both revenue generation and long-term sustainability.

Intervention Details:
Critical Planning Exercise (CPE) assessment was conducted on the business to assess the viability and potential profitability. Access to market and training interventions were recommended for the client. The client was also recommended to participate at the ZF Mgcawu Pop-Up Market to promote the products and services and create brand awareness.
The client attended the following Sedfa training courses, Quality Management System and Digital literacy. The business exhibited their services at the ZF Mgcawu Pop-Up Market held in Postmansburg from 30 – 31 July 2024. The business also received a Momo Point of Sale (POS) device from MTN as a result of their participation at the Pop-Up Market.

Outcome Details:
The implementation of the interventions provided the business with the necessary market exposure, increased visibility, networking opportunities. The business has subsequently secured delivery Service Level Agreements (SLA) with Shoprite and Spur Restaurant in Postmansburg and offer delivery services for local businesses in town and townships. The turnover of the business increased from R565 432.00 to R1 772 640.00 . Furthermore, the business created two (2) new jobs thus bringing the total number of employees to seven (7).
