The client approached Sedfa City of Cape Town Branch for assistance in her business. She was introduced to one of the Business Advisors who conducted a Business Model Canvas Assessment on the business. The aim of the diagnostic assessment is to determine the gaps in the business then assist the client in closing those gaps by implementing various interventions.
