KS Property Developers has become a go-to choice for homeowners looking to enhance the aesthetics of their living spaces.
Ks Property Developers (Pty) Ltd is an innovative company that has swiftly established its reputation in the carpentry sector. Established in 2023 by the dynamic pair of Mr. Wynant Bezuidenhout and Ms. Dipuo Nkhumo Mojela, the company is situated in Mahwelereng township, close to Mokopane town, in Waterberg district.
Mr. Bezuidenhout, the COO of Ks Property Developers, has a background in programming and designing from Tshwane University of Technology, as well as business planning and financial management training from the Small Enterprise Development Finance Agency (SEDFA). With these skills and their shared passion for property development, they were ready to take on the challenge of starting their own company.
To start this business, the two directors invested their personal savings to launch Ks Property Developers. Mr. Bezuidenhout contributed R50,000 from selling his Corsa Bakkie, while Ms. Nkhumo Mojela added R40,000 from the sale of her Hyundai Getz. This seed funding enabled them to establish a workshop and begin their first projects.
