The company engages in sustainable trading and adheres to ethical business practices, with the owner committed to positively impacting the community by employing local youth. The enterprise is strategically situated to become a prominent supplier of vegetables in the Lephalale region.

Discussions with Waterberg Business Advisor & Assessment of company revealed, amongst other challenges, the following weaknesses:
• Lack of marketing and promotion.
• Minimal visibility and awareness within the target market.
• Insufficient expansion capital, i.e. stock, equipment.

• To increase the likelihood of securing funding and improve sales, SEDFA supported and prepared client to take part in the Exxaro Pitch for Funding 2024 - Pitching presentation.
Outcome Details:
• The business turnover increased from R122 577.00 to R134 577.00, representing an 8.92% increase.
• Growth in sales and net profit resulted in hiring 3 additional employees from the local unemployed community.
