Intervention Details: To address these challenges, Seda facilitated Yummy Tummy's participation in the Fairview Market, a well-known venue frequented by food enthusiasts and health-conscious consumers. This opportunity provided the business with a platform to showcase its diverse product range, engage directly with customers and build brand recognition.
Outcome Details: The intervention led to significant growth for Yummy Tummy:
• Sales increased from R599 581 to R862 382 (43.8%).
• The workforce expanded from 2 to 8 employees, creating new job opportunities within the community.
