Intervention Details:
1. Internal project for the development of business plan, realistic projected cash flows and application submission for Mpumalanga Youth Development Fund. Therefore, through this intervention the client (Tembo Engineering Services) managed to secure R 1 862 350.25 grant funding.
2. Implementation and certifications for ISO 3834 -2: 2021 (Scope – fabrication and maintenance services to mines and power stations) and ISO 9001: 2015 (Scope – quality requirements for mechanical engineering, consulting, steel fabrication, maintenance, refurbishment and machining)
3. Access to market and market linkage which enhanced by implementation and certifications of ISO 3834 and ISO 9001, enabled the business to secure contracts in the mines and power stations.
