This made it so difficult to get recognition and increased their customer base, it also has impacted negatively on business sales. Therefore, Seda was able to assist the business with promotional material.

Through the implementation of Seda intervention, the business was able to attract more clients to the business and increased sales. The sales improved from R120 000 turnover to R200 000.00 per annum, the employment number has also increased from 1 to 4 employees.
