This strategic move would enable greater control over production, enhance quality, and improve flexibility. In support of this initiative, Seda assisted the business by developing a comprehensive, bankable business plan to secure the required funding.

As a result of the funding application, the client has applied to various funding agencies, including the Asset Assist Programme. Over the past six months, the business has made notable progress in two key performance indicators:
