Business Activities: Rabakey Pty Ltd offers event management services for Moqhaka residence. The company offers a variety of services which are, Decoration, basic DJ classes, DJ services for local and neighbouring towns. Rabakey has an annual event of which they have been hosting for the past 10 years, which play a major role in-terms of sales contribution. Rabakey has in the past years captured and dominated their own niche market by being the only company that offers basic DJ classes and annual event planner especially in the township economy. Challenges/Needs: The assessment revealed the following challenges:  In order to achieve some of Rabakey strategic goals; the business needs a capital injection of R750 000.00. The funds will be used for the acquisition of company vehicle and Sound system.  No marketing strategy in place to inform the business on relevant marketing activities to be employed to advertise the business products & Services to potential market (No brand visibility )  No growth (Not Profitable)  NO Business Plan developed to monitor business growth and operations  Limited marketing material

Intervention Details: The business advisor conducted an assessment to help identify areas of improvement, so that the business can continue to grow and ultimately start employing more people. The assessment recommendations pointed the business would need to develop a marketing strategy and develop promotional material that would eventually attract the targeted audience.

Outcome Details:  Turnover increase from R430 000.00 to R1 050 000.00
 Employment increase from two (2) to Twelve (12)
