• The business was facing low client traffic while operating in Mosesetjane.
• The business required additional technical skills and customer service expertise in the personal care sector.
• There was a lack of proper planning and a strategy for growth within the business.

• Annual turnover increased from R 197,000 to R 213,000, marking an 8% growth.
• The number of employees grew from 2 to 3, reflecting a 50% increase.
• With support from business plan training, the client is planning to launch massage services, aiming to generate two additional jobs.
