The client approached the Seda City of Cape Town Branch for assistance and was introduced to a Business Advisor, who conducted an Export Readiness Assessment Tool (ERAT) diagnostic assessment to facilitate the process of market access for the client. ERAT is a tool that determines export readiness of the business.

The following outcomes were achieved:
· Turnover increased from R 186 461 to R 371 360, an increase of 99.16%, and
· Employees increased by 3 from 1 to 4 staff members.
