identify the gaps and recommended interventions to take the business forward. The owner was then
assisted through the IMEDP program.

Outcome Details:
The major achievements for Thembinkosi Mzingane and his bakery business are that he was
able to expand his product range and introduce new products to the list of items that he
already had. This was not possible before since he did not have a stove to support this.
