Challenges/Needs:
The client approached SEDA with an aim of getting assistance for business development services. On our interaction with the client, the challenges were that the business was struggling to acquire increase their market due to their limited access to relevant segments. They had a challenge with limited marketing and promotional activities stifling revenue.
Intervention Insights and Results
Intervention Details:
The client was assisted with the design, development and supply of promotional material and signage. They received company branded marketing material to increase visibility and engage in promotional activities such as exhibitions, popup markets, and canvassing.
Outcome Details:
Although the business’ turnover has decreased from R2 015 597 to R829 468, they managed to increase employment with two staff members to improve their professional image.
