Intervention Details: The owner approached SEDFA Mangaung branch for assistance. An assessment was conducted, and action plan was developed. The client was assisted with the following interventions:
Access to markets – branding and exhibitions
The business was assisted with promotional material items such as pull up banners, teardrop banners, business cards and brochures. Furthermore, as part of access to local markets initiatives, the business was also referred for exhibitions at the 2024 Lemo SMME Expo to promote their services and interact with potential clients.
Outcome Details: The initial outcomes of the action plan and interventions yielded positive results for the business. The business monthly revenue increased from R40,000 p/m to R55,000 p/m. The client managed to penetrate new markets and secured new contracts to HR and labour management services. In the process, the business created 2 new permanent jobs from 2 to 4 staff in total. As part of their growth, Tenacious concepts relocated from a smaller office in Dan Pienaar to a bigger premises in Westdene where they are easily accessible to their target market
