Outcome Details:
The initial outcomes of the action plan and interventions yielded positive results for the business. The business monthly revenue increased from R25,000 p/m to R35,000 p/m. client managed to penetrate new markets such as construction and landscaping business. The business accessed funding for machinery through AAP programme to the value of R250,000 which assisted them to increase their output capacity from 60% to 80%. In the process, the business sustained 6 permanent jobs.
