The business faced challenges such as lack of access to market to obtain reasonable number of clients monthly. Vista Ree also had challenges of online presence; the business did not have online presence including social media pages. Lack of enough equipment was also a challenge for the business as most of the rooms did not have air conditioners, which made it difficult to maintain clients during summer.

Intervention Details:
SEDFA Assisted the client with a website to enhance their access to market while introducing Online presence. The website developed also included professional email addresses which will boost and maintain clients’ reputation when engaging with cooperate companies and their customers. Furthermore, the client was also approved for R250 000.00 through the Asset Assist programme for installation of air conditioners throughout their rooms.
Outcome Details:
Client turnover increased from R245 500,00 to R558 357.00, while 3 new jobs were created. The business sustained 4 Jobs, and it is still in operations.
