Anaya manufactures and supplies cleaning chemicals to the market. The business is newly found, has identified an opportunity within the cleaning industry. The business is manufacturing cleaning detergents such as dish washing liquid, bleach, foam bath, pine gel and floor polish amongst other things. Some of the products are only manufactured on demand is they do not move fast. The business is supplying households, churches, schools, creches and few retail shops on regular basis. The business is operating from home, in the township of Namakgale and is only supplying the local market at the moment. The owner uses personal vehicle to distribute the products and to promote the business.

(i) Business management training, start-up
Seda facilitated that the client attend business management workshop. The client was taught on how to start a business, developing business ideas, conducting SWOT analysis, company types and formation, market research, sales and marketing, business set up and operations and business plan/finance.
(ii) Packaging
Seda assisted the business to design products labels, unique barcodes and supplied product containers to assist the business. This intervention assisted the business to thrive through the challenges faced by many small businesses.
(iii) Marketing collaterals
The client was assisted with corporate identity such as a logo, business cards, vehicle branding and other marketing collaterals.
