The client was introduced to SEDFA Business Advisors, who conducted an Export Readiness Assessment Tool (ERAT). The ERAT was utilised to ascertain the stage of development, the client is currently within the current business in terms of Export readiness. This will identify gaps in various business areas in terms of business operations, production, product quality standards, and export capacity. It is therefore important for this activity to be developed to ensure the growth of enterprises into the export market.
