Intervention Insights and Results

Intervention Details: The client approached Sedfa in December 2023 to request business support services. An assessment was conducted, and the outcome recommended a training intervention for the client. Therefore, Ms Cloete was assisted with Basic Business Skills and Financial Management training.
Subsequently, a Gap Analysis was conducted, and it was recommended that the business be assisted with the development of promotional material to enable the business to infiltrate the market.
Outcome Details: The implementation of the promotional material intervention has assisted the business to raise awareness about its services. This led to an increase in clientele thus translating to more sales and business growth.
The turnover of the business increased from R14 000.00 in February 2024 to R30 570.00 in February 2025. MNDA Enterprise also created two (2) more jobs, thus bringing the total number of employees to four (4).
