Intervention Insights and Results

Intervention Details: Recognizing these challenges, Okgetile Group was enrolled in the Seda Enterprise Coaching Programme through the Frances Baard Branch. The owners underwent Productivity Improvement Training and were later approved for the Seda Asset Assist Programme. These interventions were
aimed at restructuring their operations, enhancing efficiency and improving their workforce development. By focusing on productivity, systems improvement, and training, the business gradually aligned itself with better operational standards.
Outcome Details: The Seda interventions delivered remarkable outcomes for Okgetile Group:
• A 63.7% revenue increase, growing from R489,390.00 in 2022-2023 financial year to R801,310.00 in 2023-2024 financial year.

• Job creation, increased from 8 employees at the end of 2022-2023 financial year to 34
employees, including the business owners, resulting in 26 new jobs.
• The business now operates more efficiently with better systems, improved employee development, and stronger financial tracking, setting a solid foundation for future growth.
